Ooredoo today announced the opening of the second ever co-branded franchise shop in Kharaitiyat, as the company looks to work alongside partners to extend their reach in the community.

The new facility provides a convenient “one-stop shop” for customers seeking services such as Hala, Shahry, Broadband, fixed line and business services. In addition, the shops will also offer SIM replacements, Hala top-ups and more.

As the only Ooredoo presence in the area, it will provide a place for customers to seek help with technical issues and ask advice on the latest offers and devices.

The opening of the shop was inaugurated by Ahmad Al Naema, Chief Sales and Services Officer, Ooredoo.

Ahmad Al Naema, said: “Since the launch of our first co-branded franchise shop in 2014, we have seen a growing demand for more face-to-face experiences with our customers. Co-branded shops provides our customers in underserved areas the opportunity to speak to Ooredoo directly, and get firsthand knowledge of our products, services and bigger and faster network.”

Ooredoo aims to continue the expansion of this model across Qatar with new co-branded shops set to launch in new locations in the coming months.

Ooredoo customers can access and find out more information about Ooredoo’s range of life-enriching products by visiting ooredoo.qa, logging onto the Ooredoo Community or following their social media pages.

As well as online and in-store, customers can visit one of the 200 plus Self Service Machines placed strategically throughout the country, where residents can purchase cinema tickets, top-up Hala accounts, pay bills and purchase vouchers for an incredible range of shopping and dining experiences in Qatar.
