Ooredoo Mobile Money QR 1 Money Transfer Fee Promotion Extended to the Philippines!

Ooredoo has today announced its QR 1 Money transfer fee promotion with Ooredoo Mobile Money has been extended until September 30, 2015. Also the Philippines have now been added to the list of money receiving countries eligible for the promotion.

The promotion, which was first launched in June, enables customers to send money abroad instantly with a money transfer fee of just QR 1.

The QR 1 offer is available for customers transferring money through MoneyGram to a wide selection of 192 countries including the Philippines, GCC, Asian countries such as India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and most of the African countries.

Ooredoo Mobile Money customers can also enjoy the QR 1 fee promotion when making direct to bank account transfer transactions to Bangladesh, Nepal, Indonesia, Malaysia and Sri Lanka with the “Ooredoo Exchange” service.

All new and existing Mobile Money customers will be able to send money home instantly with a flat money transfer fee of QR 1 during the promotional period, and users will also enjoy one of the best exchange rates in Qatar.

Customers can make instant money transfers of up-to QR 10,000 for the fee of just QR 1, including direct bank account transfers such as BDO or Allied Bank in the Philippines.

Instant cash transfers are also available to thousands of MoneyGram locations including any Cebuana Lhuillier or M. Lhuillier outlets.
