Ooredoo has launched the new “Ooredoo Extra” website, designed to give customers a one-stop-shop for all of the company’s entertainment, add-ons, and news-based services.

The Ooredoo Extra website has been created to bring together all of Ooredoo’s premium services in one place, as the company continues to enhance the user experience in 2015.

With the new website, customers can now search, navigate, and learn more about the company’s vast range of add-on services and learn how to subscribe, including services such as music, education, gaming, health, entertainment news, Islamic content and more.

Fatima Sultan Al Kuwari, Director Community & Public Relations, Ooredoo, said: “We wanted to give our customers a hub to learn all about the value added-services provided by Ooredoo from web portals, applications, premium SMS, ring back tones and more. With the new ‘Ooredoo Extra’ website, customers can know all about the services, their prices and packages, and choose which ones suit their daily lives. This launch is part of our ongoing digital update campaign as we look to give our customers more self-service options to get the most out of the Ooredoo Supernet.”

The Ooredoo Extra site includes a dedicated MyTones page which has been developed after high demand from customers. MyTones is Ooredoo’s popular ring back tone service that allows users to customise their calling experience. Customers can now preview, buy, and gift a tone through the website.

The Ooredoo Extra feature has been developed to bring more ease and convenience to customers by managing their own services, without having to go to an Ooredoo Shop or calling a customer service agent. Demand for premium services has risen strongly in recent months, particularly as more customers enjoy the speed and reliability of Ooredoo’s 4G and 4G+ services, made available on its Supernet.

Ooredoo Extra is available now for free at http://extra.ooredoo.qa, or can be accessed through Ooredoo’s main website under ‘4G+ Mobile’

Ooredoo has also recently launched the new Ooredoo “My Services” page, which allows Hala and Shahry customers to monitor their bills, as well as subscribe to a range of postpaid and prepaid services wherever they are in the world, via laptop, desktop, tablet or smartphone.
