Ooredoo has launched a new offer for businesses looking to reach out to customers and employees via SMS, with a special promotion on Business Messaging accounts.

The Ooredoo Business Messaging Service is a mobile marketing tool that provides companies with a cost-effective and efficient way to send bulk SMS to large groups of people.

From today, all new customers who activate a new Business SMS account during the promotion period will not have to pay a connection fee (saving QR1,500), and will be able to enjoy the first three months’ rental for free, saving a further QR 300 per month (up to the value of QR900).

The offer applies to companies who choose either the standard Business Messaging Service or the popular Business Messaging Packs, which offer bundles of high-volume SMS and incredible savings for customers.

Customers can chose between the Pack 150,000, which includes 2.3 million text messages; Pack 300,000, which contains more than 5 million text messages; and Pack 450,000, which offers a massive 8.5 million text messages.

Businesses that use the standard or Business SMS Packs also benefit from free alphanumeric short codes, and can also rent additional easy-to-remember short codes to support their campaigns.

Ooredoo has designed its Business Messaging service so that companies can effectively communicate with their customers and employees; campaigns and new promotions, important corporate information, service payments, travel alerts and booking confirmation, voting and polling, and lots of different ways to increase their business.

The offer ends on 1 February 2016.
