Ooredoo today launched its latest value-packed service, the Philippines SMS Key, designed to offer a more affordable way for Filipino residents in Qatar to communicate with their friends and family at home.
The Philippines SMS Key, which works with Ooredoo’s Hala service, offers the most affordable SMS rate to the Philippines from Qatar, at just 12 Dhs/ SMS.
The Philippines SMS Key costs just QR 1 per week, and offers customers unlimited SMS to the Philippines at the low cost of 12Dhs per message – saving customers 80 percent per SMS on standard SMS rates.
With an estimated 200,000 Filipinos currently residing in Qatar, Ooredoo anticipate the new Philippines SMS Key to become one of its most popular international offers.
To subscribe to the new service, Hala customers should SMS “SPHI” to 121. The key will auto-renew each week.
Ooredoo has a full range of options for Hala and Shahry customers looking to save money on international calling including their latest International Saver Key, which enables customers to call 121 countries for just 60 Dirham’s per minute – one of the best rates in Qatar.
Ooredoo’s ongoing improvements of existing and new international saving offers are part of the company’s aims to fully cater for all the members of its diverse customer base in 2014.
