Ooredoo has hosted a business brunch to examine ways the company can advance business communications across their operations in Qatar.
The event, which took place last week, focused on how the company can deliver superior customer service and enhance the level of support provided to Qatar’s business community, as the nation’s economy continues to develop and diversify.
The brunch also offered a platform to showcase the company’s growing smart portfolio including the award winning Data Centre solutions, Cloud Video Conferencing, Cloud WiFi and Cloud Security Solutions, along with virtual meeting rooms, digital signage and other ICT areas of interest.
Also acting as a casual networking event for companies and Ooredoo’s account managers, the event explored how the company could better introduce breakthrough innovations to Qatar’s growing business needs in a more customer friendly package. Particular focus was placed at the event on service education for customers.

The brunch, which was held at the Ooredoo’s HQ1 Tower in West Bay, included a tour of the company’s OASIS Lab, which has been designed to enable and showcase Ooredoo’s smart solutions.
