The Service Level Agreement between the two companies was one of the first of its kind in Qatar, and QNB has been able to use early access to cutting-edge technology and breakthrough systems to deliver an ever-higher standard of service for customers. Ooredoo’s nationwide state-of-the-art network ensures high availability and maintains uptime for all banking services covering QNB’s extensive network. This means thatOoredoo plays a vital role to ensure QNB’s customers should never face any interruptions of service due to connectivity losses between the bank’s main office and its branches and ATMs nationwide around the clock. In addition, WiFi has been provided in QNB branches across the country, offering QNB customers with the convenience of Internet accesswhenever they visit their bank.
New for 2013, Ooredoo has partnered with QNB to enhance their security system by developing an innovative CCTV platform.By using advanced encryption techniques, this network service enhances the quality of CCTV videos, enabling QNB’s security personnel to monitor the bank’s nationwide network in real time.This on-going implementation is one of the most advanced ever introduced in Qatar, providing enhanced safety and security for the customers, the bank branches, and ATMs nationwide.
