Leading Local and Regional Real Estate Development Companies Confirmed for Cityscape Qatar 2016

Cityscape Qatar 2016, the largest real estate development and investment event in the state of Qatar, has confirmed a number of prominent local, regional and international construction and real estate companies exhibiting at this year’s edition. The event, now in its fifth year in Qatar, will be held from April 26-28, 2016 at the newly opened Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC), located in the heart of West Bay.

The high profile three-day event will showcase a wide range of real estate opportunities to homebuyers, private and professional investors as well as key industry professionals from Qatar, the region and around the globe. Local companies already confirmed to participate in the exhibition include UDC, Al Bandary, Ezdan Holding Group, Gold Bay Real Estate along with John Taylor, who will be greeted by an expected 7,000 visitors. They will be joined by regional and international heavyweights including, Manazil Real Estate and JLL from the UAE, along with the Turkish company, Gap Insaat Yatirim Ve Ticaret AS and Hashim Properties, among others.

Al Bandary, a Qatar-based company that has strived to create, restructure and manage a group of investments in the real estate sector over the years, will be exhibiting a number of its upcoming properties and developments. Highlights include B. Square Mall, situated in the heart of Doha, which has redefined the modern shopping experience in Qatar. Boasting world class attractions, B. Square Mall will position itself as a popular host for various local, cultural and promotional activities. Al Bandary has continued to focus on residential developments and will also be exhibiting Al Kheesa Gate, an exclusive project located opposite Lusail City, consisting of 700 stand-alone villas, starting from 509 sqm, with numerous facilities and features that harmonize with the charm of local tradition, designed for a luxurious lifestyle. Also on showcase will be Al Shahed Tower, a unique luxury hotel located in West Bay. Organised in cooperation with DTZ Qatar, the session will feature presentations and panel discussions on ways for Qatar’s property market to help Qatar achieve its long-term goals.

Meanwhile, running in parallel to Cityscape Qatar 2016 will be Cityscape Qatar Talks, free-to-attend seminars, taking place on the exhibition floor. Over the course of 3 days, the seminars will focus on 4 key themes; Market Trends and Outlooks; Real Estate Sectors; Global Investment Hotspots; and Design and Sustainability. Designed for both industry professionals and private investors, the seminars will equip attendees with the latest insights on international real estate investment, development trends and financing strategies.
