The 24th GCC Commercial Arbitration Conference, which was organised by the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre in cooperation with the Omani Chamber of Commerce, concluded on Thursday. The two-day event discussed a set of issues, mainly legal protection of investments in the GCC member countries.
The conference was attended by 120 specialists, consultants, legal experts and lawyers in this field in various governmental and private institutions in the GCC countries.
The conference aimed at training and preparing qualified arbitrators and spreading the culture of commercial arbitration, in addition to exchanging knowledge and experiences among the GCC countries.
