Confidence in the property market is on the up as Doha prepares to host thousands of local and globalr real estate developers and investors when Cityscape Qatar opens tomorrow.

Running from the 22nd until the 25th April at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC), under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Abdulla Bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, the 7th edition of Cityscape Qatar will further drive confidence in the real estate sector as local and international developers promote the latest property offerings.

This year’s show boasts a lineup of up to 50 exhibitors across more than 9,000 sqm of exhibition space, and will bring together heavyweight industry stakeholders from Qatar and abroad including Turkey, Georgia, Cyprus, U.S., Pakistan, and the UK.

For homebuyers and investors, the four-day exhibition will provide an opportunity to network, gain valuable market insight, and take advantage of exclusive deals, special offers and payment plans on the show floor.

Faariss Khalil, Exhibition Manager at Cityscape Qatar, said visitors attending the show over the next few days will get an exclusive look into dynamic projects shaping the country.

“Cityscape Qatar will give investors, developers and real estate professionals the opportunity to gain insight into the country’s evolving real estate market through a wide range of projects. Undoubtedly, the show has built up much demand through its appeal to all sectors of the real estate industry and is set to deliver a dynamic and profitable environment for all visitors,” he said.

Leading local developers at this year’s show include Ezdan, ASTAD, Cityscape Qatar’s Strategic Project Management Partner, and Mirage Properties. They will be joined by first time exhibitors Qatar Rail, KATARA Hospitality, UDC, Place Vendome, Msheireb Properties, Just Real Estate, Qatari Diar and QNB; and international exhibitors Istihale, and Iyimaya Muhendislik Insaat AS from Turkey, Richland Consultants Inc from the U.S., and real estate companies from Georgia, Cyprus and Pakistan.

Alongside a host of projects to be showcased at the exhibition is the Cityscape Qatar Conference, hosted by DTZ Qatar, which is expected to welcome over two hundred delegates.

Edd Brookes, General Manager of DTZ and this year’s Conference Chairman commented: “We are thrilled to have Cityscape 2018 extended to four days while hosting some of leading real estate companies from Qatar and abroad. This year’s Cityscape is set to be a cracker of an event offering real insight into the property world of Qatar.”

A Qatari market overview is one of the highly-anticipated topics on the agenda, while the Conference’s panel discussions take an in-depth look at inbound and outbound investment opportunities, delve into smart and sustainable buildings, and offer updates on the hospitality sector.

Cityscape Qatar Talks runs parallel to the exhibition, and includes a stellar programme with experts from across the real estate sector. Taking place on the show floor, Cityscape Talks provides a free-to-attend platform offering a wide choice of presentations, covering a range of themes and offers visitors the opportunity to network and make informed investment decisions.
