Commercial Bank requires pre-booked appointments for visits to its branches and Collection Centre

To help reduce the spread of COVID-19 and create a safe environment for customers, Commercial Bank advised customers to book an appointment when visiting branches and Collection Centre starting 9 January 2022.

An email sent to its customers, states:

  • Effective Sunday, January 9th, 2022, pre-booked appointments will be required to visit branches and Collection Center.
  • Please click here to make an appointment.
  • During your visit, the reference number sent to your mobile will be required, so please make sure to have it with you and we recommend that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
  • If you are unable to visit us, please cancel your existing booking to free up availability for other customers.
  • We encourage you to use our CBQ Mobile App, Internet Banking and self-service machines where possible to fulfill your banking needs safely.
  • Pre-booked appointment is mandatory for personal and corporate banking customers except Private Banking and Sadara Members.
