Boecker®, the largest public health company in the Middle East, has announced its participation in the upcoming Hospitality Qatar 2015 exhibition, as official sponsor of the Salon Culinaire. As the official sponsor and Hygiene Jury of the Salon Culinaire, Boecker® has the role to assess the food safety practices of over 250 competing chefs across the live cooking stations in addition to providing them with a hygienic environment that is both free from pests and germs.
