UPDATED Bids extended 6 new cafés Doha Corniche

The Public Works Authority-Ashghal has announced in a tweet, the extension of bids for the operation and leasing of 6 cafes overlooking the Doha Corniche until Sunday, 5 June 2022.

The Supervisory Committee of Beautification of Roads and Public Places in the country announces a bid to operate and rent 6 units to provide food and beverage services with a café activity only, located within three plazas on the waterfront of the Doha Corniche.

Features of each unit:

  • Each unit (cafe) consists of two levels, the lower level includes the main unit for the café, and the upper level includes an outdoor seating overlooking the sea.
  • The unit is connected to the square on one side and the pedestrian tunnel on the other, making it easy to access.

Each cafe will be provided with all facilities, including water, electricity, and all necessary connections and connections to the air conditioning system, provided that the tenant purchases and installs his own internal air conditioning unit, indicating that the tenant can then make the appropriate finishes.

Unit properties in each square:

  • Al-Dafna Square: Al-Dafna Square contains two cafes, each with an internal area of 20 square meters and 48 square meters for the external courtyard, bringing the total area of each cafe to 68 square meters.
  • Corniche Square: The Corniche Square contains 2 cafes, each with an internal area of 46 square meters and 49 square meters for the external courtyard, bringing the total area of each cafe to 95 square meters.
  • Al-Bidaa Square: Al-Bidaa Square contains two cafes, each with an internal area of 20 square meters and 48 square meters for the external courtyard, bringing the total area of each cafe to 68 square meters.
