Q-Auto, the official dealer for Audi in Qatar, unveiled the brand new Audi TT model at a special launch event held at their main showroom on Salwa Road. The exclusive event saw the attendance of over 100 spectators, including distinguished guests and members of the press. The model is the latest generation of the classic TT that comes with a dramatic design, pronounced dynamics and ground-breaking technology.

Following a grand reveal of the 2015 model, guests were invited to explore the model’s cutting-edge specifications and stunning details. A briefing session was held on the technical specifications of the TT, to provide attendees with a comprehensive introduction to the car’s features. Guests were also given the opportunity to book a test-drive with the new TT, to experience the model’s thrilling performance first hand.Aside from the reveal itself, guests enjoyed an Audi model exhibit in the showroom; vehicles on display included the RS4, RS5, RS6, RS7 and the R8 sports car.

The Audi TT is enriched with numerous dynamic facets while still retaining the brand’s legendary features of being powerful, lightweight, efficient and consistent. Visibly taut and athletic, the coupe is 4.18 meters long with a wheelbase of 2.51 meters and correspondingly short overhangs. The sporty exterior is supported by a single frame grille, flanked by optional full LED headlights on either sides.

The sleek sporty look makes its way into the car’s interior with special low-mounted sports 2+2-seats, while the slender instrument panel has been transformed into a fully digital Audi virtual cockpit. The luggage compartment beneath the long rear hatch offers a capacity of 305 litres, 13 litres more than in the previous model.

Powerful and efficient engines command the new Audi TT, and incessantly maximize performance dynamics. The model is incorporated with state-of-the-art transmission technology, guaranteeing fast gear changing. Moreover, Audi’s lightweight engineering concept reduces consumption and increases efficiency for the new TT, resulting in improved handling performance and control. The top of the line 2.0 TFSI quattro has a power output of 230hp, enabling the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.9 seconds and reach a top speed of 250 km/h.

The TT is now available at the Audi Showroom on Salwa road and starts from 193,300 QAR. The dealership gives customers a number of options to purchase the new TT including, in-house financing and guaranteed buybacks, where customers are able to trade in their current model following a dealership evaluation.
