Great Place to Work, the global authority in workplace culture, released its list of the top 50 Best Workplaces for Women™ 2023 in the GCC and has named 5 Qatar-based firms.
McDonald’s Kuwait ranked 1st on the list followed by Saudi Arabia-based Aerospace company Bae Systems for 2nd and popular UAE-based retail company Splash taking the 3rd spot.
McDonald’s Qatar is the highest-ranked Qatar-based company on the list at 8th place. Mcdonald's Qatar also ranked 17th on Best Workplaces in the Middle East™ 2023 (Large-Sized Organizations) and
ranked 7th on Best Workplaces in Qatar™ 2023.
This is followed by SHIFT Group at 16th place, to add to their other rankings as 6th on Best Workplaces in the Middle East™ 2023 (Small-Sized Organizations), 6th on Best Workplaces for Millennials™ 2023, and 5th on Best Workplaces in Qatar™ 2023.
Media company UM Qatar was listed in 25th place. They were also ranked 23rd on Best Workplaces for Millennials™ 2023 and 19th on Best Workplaces in Qatar™ 2023.
Doha Drug Store ranked at 33rd place.
Lesha Bank took the 39th rank on the list, adding to its achievement of being named 10th on Best Workplaces in Qatar™ 2023.
