The Cultural Village Foundation (Katara) organized, in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Korea to the country, an artistic show entitled "The Rhythm of Korea."

At the Katara Opera House, an audience of different nationalities attended the show amid a full commitment to the precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

On this occasion, H.E. Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Qatar Joon Ho Lee delivered a speech at the opening of the ceremony, praising the strong relations between Qatar and Korea. He hailed the cooperation with Katara to inform the diverse audience of the rich and diverse Korean culture through a number of various artistic and cultural activities and events that would enhance the rapprochement between cultures and peoples.

The show featured a number of amazing exhibition paintings that combined music with performances, as well as a taekwondo show, which is part of Korea's cultural and folklore heritage and is considered one of Korea's national sports.

Katara has organized a number of cultural and artistic events in cooperation with the Korean Embassy on a number of occasions, including artistic performances and concerts, including the "Korean Cultural Week" which is an evening for Korean street music, and an evening of the wonderful voices of Korea presented by the famous Korean fusion Band Queen and others.
