Naseema Shukoor, a Doha-based self-taught Indian artist, has created an artwork of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani using beads in different colours.
This is just one of Naseema’s many contemporary masterpieces that she has created using different medium techniques. In the past, she has used oil paints, paper clippings, embroidery and even coffee powder to create art works that have been well- received in Qatar and elsewhere.
Currently, Naseema is holding an exhibition at the Doha Fire Station called 'PixelArt' An Exhibition by Naseema Shukoor, where she is showcasing some of her pixelated paper art to enthrall and captivate the imagination of her audience.
What do you think of this portrait of the Amir that's been made out of beads? Isn't it beautiful? Have you seen some of Naseema's other art works? Do let us know what you think in our Comments section. Like and share the article - it keeps us going!
