Nation Briefs: Emir okays loan to Bahrain
The Emir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani issued yesterday Decree No. 41 of 2009 ratifying a loan agreement between the governments of Qatar and Bahrain, signed in Manama on May 6, 2008. The decree stipulates that the agreement shall have the force of law in accordance with the Article 68 of the Constitution.
