Qatar's team kicked off off their participation in the FIFA World Cup 2022 European Qualifiers with a match against Luxembourg and won the match 1-0. Mohammed Muntari scored the only goal of the intense match in the 13th minute of the first half. After that, though both teams fought hard to score, neither team was able to.
