Opened in 2018, Tawar Mall features a wide variety of local and international brands. The luxury shopping destination not only hosts retail shops and dining outlets but also provides different attractions for families to enjoy. The outdoor musical water fountain is one of the mall's main attractions. Sit on one of the benches facing the fountain and watch as the colorful water shoots up and dances to the tunes being played. It's best enjoyed at night so you'll see the different colors of the fountain. There are also restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area of the fountain.
In the middle of the mall is another light display that will surely capture your attention. The LED wall display by the elevator changes colors and sways like water coming down from a waterfall. At the bottom is the dining area of Leau de Cafe decked with two (artificial) pink cherry blossom trees.
The mall also hosts a traditional souq located near the food court. It's designed to look like a real souq in a modern setting. At the center of the souq is a small water fountain that blends in nicely with the theme and surrounding shops.
