The iconic Katara Towers in Lusail Marina may look like a crescent from afar, but the inspiration behind its design is the traditional scimitar (curved blades) swords that are part of Qatar's national emblem (coat of arms). The twin arched towers will host a luxurious five-star hotel, and also the first six-star hotel in Qatar. There will also be luxury apartments, leisure facilities, restaurants, and offices.

The Children's Mall can be seen from afar because of its unique design as it looks like a huge red gift box complete with golden wrapping paper. It's sure to become one of the star attractions of Katara and is expected to be unwrapped this year.
The mall as aptly named, will cater to children's needs for entertainment and education. There will also be retailers catering to children's needs as well as a children's salon, kids perfumery and kids accessories, a large candy store and several handicrafts stations.

Visitors will be able to choose their own adventures so they can learn more about renewable and non-renewable energy.
The 3-2-1 Qatar Olympic and Sports Museum which will be unveiled this year will pay homage to sports in Qatar and beyond. Located at and joined to the Khalifa International Stadium, this museum will have lots of awe-inspiring interactive sports-related exhibits, inspiring objects and unique activities to participate in.
