Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, this 'family park' has two entrances. The park has car parking spaces located near the entrance gates.

Upon entrance, you will notice the lampposts, gazebos, huge trees, green carpet, and a signboard that will direct you to different areas within the park. There are 12 gazebos inside the park.

One thing that will amaze visitors at Al Mamoura Family Park are the many young and adult healthy, beautiful trees. Trees like plumeria serve as lovely shade for visitors. Dozens of granite textured benches are also scattered within the park.

There are three exercise machines inside Al Mamoura Family Park that adults can use. There's a pull-up machine, an arms and hips trainer, and a recumbent bike. These equipment are free to use, but "only use if you are sure you can work it safely".

Located on the north side of the family park are two children's play areas. Play Area 1 is for children 2-5 years of age, while Play Area 2 is for 5-12 years old. Both play areas require adult supervision. The playground is massive and well-shaded for a more comfortable and relaxing play.

The park prohibits large bicycles, scooters, campfire/barbecue, loudspeakers, littering, picking flowers, smoking, 'disrespectful' clothes, and pets. Playing football is allowed in designated areas only.
