Where to play paintball in Qatar?

Paintball is a real-time shooting game in which players compete, in teams or individually, with the aim of eliminating opponents by shooting them with gelatin capsules (bullets) containing water-soluble dye (paint). The ‘colorful fun’ begins when you get hit by a bullet that breaks and leaves paint splats on your gear.

The higher the number of players, the more thrill this activity brings. But along with the fun and excitement that you’ll experience upon loading your gun and shooting, this game will also develop a strong sense of teamwork and improve your strategic skills.

The (ILQ) team has reached out to paintball providers in Qatar to know more about this team sport and how you can go about paintballing with your family and friends!

Note: Please follow current COVID-19 restrictions on theme parks and leisure centers.

Does paintball hurt? According to Legend Paintball, the feeling of being hit by a paintball is almost equivalent to being snapped by an elastic band or getting stung by a bee, and oftentimes is not even noticed due to the adrenaline rush during the game. Paintball is one of the safest team sports out there, yet referees and first aid responders are present in the game venue to make sure players follow the rules and are out of harm’s way!

Also, the referees will discuss with the players the rules in place and the aim of the game. Opposing teams would need to agree on the type of games to be played as there can be added tasks like attacking or capturing a designated spot, finding a hidden object, or capturing a flag, and more! Sounds really exciting, right? So, whether you’re a seasoned sniper or you just want to try to play the game, contact any of the centers and you can be assured of the ultimate paintball action while having great fun and learning key skills!
