• Official letter or cover letter:
  The official letter (cover letter) needs to be addressed to the department manager in Ashghal for the request to be taken into consideration. The related location details and the reasoning as to why a street light needs to be installed must also be mentioned.
• Signed Service Request Form in the relevant section.
