This is considered one of the sought-after trails in Qatar where the skills of the bikers are tested and endured. It has a 5 kilometres stretch of rocky and sandy terrain that adds up to the difficulty of the trail. Every uphill climb is an effort and speed is everything. This is because Sunset Ridge trail is a vast desert stretching to about 5 kilometres with nothing to see at all. The natural heat coming out of the desert will surely challenge you in so many ways. You may need extra water when you're here. Aside from its intolerable heat and the feeling of empty space when biking around, this trail boasts of its hidden terrain in the middle of the desert. The uphill climb on its rocky structure will leave you literally breathless. The edges going to the top are rough. Every and rock formation you encounter will need a lot of your patience and concentration. But at the of the day, as they say, experiencing this trail is one of the best feeling ever.

Camp Banayad

There are many bike trails in Qatar, but this one is probably the most highly recommended trail if you're the extreme type of adventurer. If you want it to keep it dirty and real, this place will rock your world. The trail is so technical and difficult to navigate. You might need a special skill to jump over their ramps and other structures they put along the trail. The terrain is unstable with rock formations adding to its difficult reputation. For your information also, the trail was named by Filipinos who discover and made it their own ever since. Banayad in English means mild and smooth-sailing contrary to what the camp offers to its riders. So if you're ready to take the challenge, get here if you can.
