A healthy country is a happy country. With this in mind, Qatar has been investing heavily to ensure the safest, most effective and most compassionate care to each and every one in the country.
In an effort to continuous improvement of the quality of healthcare services, Qatar launched MyHealth Patient Portal earlier this year, providing access to medical records. With MyHealth, patients can access their electronic personal health record online and through a mobile app.
The portal, accessible through www.myhealth.qa, is providing patients at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) and Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) with access to their key health records, including test results, information about upcoming appointments, and prescribed medications.

Since the portal was officially launched earlier this year, around 40,000 people have registered to access their medical records using the ground-breaking MyHealth patient portal.
So if you want to access to your electronic personal health records on MyHealth, you can sign up at Hamad or PHCC facilities. You will need to show your Qatar ID and health card to the MyHealth registration team. A link to access MyHealth will be emailed to you within three working days. And then you just need to follow the instructions on the screen and you will be able to view your record. Furthermore, if you forget your password later, you have to just click on “Forgot Password” and soon after, a password reset link will be delivered to the registered email. As a parent you can also register for access to your Child's health records until they are 18 years old.
If you have any questions or problems using MyHealth, such as activating your account, you call for technical support at 16060. Please note that the support team can only assist with problems relating to the use of MyHealth, not issues related to your personal computer or web browser.
Moreover, If you have questions about the medical information in your Patient Portal account, you can check with your physician in your next follow up appointment. It is also advised not to use Patient portal for urgent medical matters (for medical emergencies, you can call 999).
