The National Authentication System (Tawtheeq) or NAS is a national identity provider for many online government services in Qatar. Users can gain access to a number of government e-services using a Single-Sign-On service (the same username and password) which they will register for through NAS. This will save you time and effort in registering separately for different government services. Once you've registered on NAS, you'll be able to use the same username and password to log in to different government services. like registering for the COVID-19 vaccine, getting the COVID-19 vaccine certificate, logging into the PHCC Nar'aakom Mobile app and many other government services.
The Ministry of Interior (MOI) is an important website and through it, you can access all kinds of important information. For example, you can track visa approvals, inquire about visas, extend visas, residence permit enquiries, check traffic violations, get traffic reports, use Metrash and so much more. You can download different forms as well. These include residence permit forms, civil defence forms, exit and entry permits, travel permits for Qataris, passport/ID applications, police clearance certificates, traffic-related forms, etc. You can also get information about the different departments that make up the MOI.
The Ministry of Interior (MOI) Metrash service allows Qatari citizens and residents to access more than 215 different services provided by the MOI. These include automatic residency renewal, payment of traffic fines, renewing the vehicle's license and extending visas, registering criminal complaints, applying for replacement of vehicle number plates, cancellation of vehicles, renew learning permit for driving, renew a temporary license, travel notification list for employees, and more.
Hukoomi is Qatar's official e-government portal. In Qatar, you have to register for a PO (Post Office) box at Qatar Post (QPost) to receive mail and you have to collect it from PO box. Qpost provides home delivery services to which you can subscribe. QPost has over 30 branches, providing domestic and international services that include sending and receiving mail, tracking your packages, packages price calculator, premium post facilities like doorstep delivery, freight forwarding, stamps, gift items and a delivery subscription service, along with all other general post office services.

MyHealth is a Primary Health Care Corporation web-based portal where you can access your medical records and other vital health information. You can also check the results of recent laboratory investigations, medicines you've been prescribed, along with appointments you may have at your PHCC health centre or at Hamad Hospital.
The Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has all the information you need about its different facilities, services, departments and the hospitals that are part of this huge corporation. You can apply for a health card, get a medical report or a chronic disease certificate, get inpatient and outpatient information, get health-related news and updates and more.
If you're looking for some employment-related forms and services, this is the website you'll need. You can apply for profession change, work permits, multi-lingual employment contracts, To Whom It May Concern certificates, etc. You can also follow-up complaints filed against labour recruitment office, calculate pensioners end of service and resident data registration.
The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs (MADLSA) has digitalised its work permit services, so you don't need to visit one of the service centres. This procedure is for applicants who are not on the employer's sponsorship but want to contract with it.
