The e-service to request for providing bin/garbage containers for houses can be done by citizens and residents of Qatar. For doing so, they need to submit a request to the General Cleanness Department at the Ministry of Municipality and Environment or MME to provide bin containers for houses. These include independent ones like villas or houses and do not include commercial buildings and ones that are part of a complex or a building.

Here are the online instructions:

• Go to the online form and fill out all the required information.

• Enter the applicant details such as name, QID number, phone number and email.
• Fill out the address details in the online form.
• The last step is to click on ‘Save and Send’.

What are the fees for this service?

• No fees are applicable for this service.

Some additional information to keep in mind, according to the Ministry:

• There should be no bin already existing near the house/villa.
• The house/villa should have the required space for the vehicle to unload the container/bin.
• This service can also be done via the Oun mobile app.
