Are you leaving Qatar and have unused clothes you want to give away? Or perhaps you're in cleanup mode and want others to benefit from the old clothes that no longer fit.
Whatever the case, if you have new and unused or pre-loved clothes that you want to donate and are still in very good condition, here's where you can give or leave them in Qatar.
Qatar Charity accepts in-kind donations such as clothes and toys, among others, through their TAYF program, which has collection points throughout Qatar.
The TAYF containers are available in Doha, Rayyan, Al Wakra, Umm Salal, Al Khor, Al Shamal, Ghuwairiya, Gamalieh, Jurayan Albatna, AlZaeayin, AlSakhama, and Shahaniya.

Sheikh Eid Bin Mohammad Al Thani Charitable Foundation also accepts clothing donations. For pick-up of donation, you can call them directly and provide your location and mobile number.
The social centre accepts in-kind donations such as used clothes in good condition and redistributes them to individuals and families in need. For pick-up of donations, you can call them directly.
Got blankets and towels you no longer need? You can donate your blankets and towels to animal shelters in Qatar like Qatar Animal Welfare Society (QAWS), and Paws Rescue Qatar. These non-profit organizations accept in-kind donations, which they use for daily operations.
The Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) launched a new service in 2021 to dispose of large amounts of items/waste from homes and offices.
People can request the removal of a large volume of clothes by calling the hotline number.

Project Upcycle is an organization dedicated to reusing old clothes and cloth to create wonderful products. It does its part in creating a more sustainable future by upcycling old clothes and garments to create products such as tote bags, masks, and more!
You can easily donate clothes that are ragged or too old for use to Project Upcycle and watch them transform these materials into fashionable products. If you wish to donate, you can always message them on Instagram.

H&M Qatar has its Conscious Points program, where you can donate your used clothes or fabrics in exchange for Conscious Points and a digital voucher. Conscious Points can be transformed into vouchers and redeemed on your next purchase.
Zara Qatar also has a clothes collection program where you may donate clothes and fabrics you no longer use. These clothes or items need not be from Zara. Zara accepts clothing, household linen, footwear, accessories and even jewellery.
You can also choose to donate directly to people in need. There are private Facebook groups where you can join for this, such as:
