The “Metrash” service enables citizens and residents to avail many services of the Ministry of Interior (MoI) while enjoying the convenience of using it online or via their phones such as:

• Traffic Services
• Visit Visa Services for Personal and Corporate Sponsorships
• Resident Permit (RP) Services
• Exit Permit (EP) Services
• Electronic Gate (e-Gate) Service
• General-purpose Queries

Individuals, persons with disabilities and elderly people can register secondary SMS receiver in Metrash service who will instantly receive the same SMS notifications sent to the primary subscribers and will be aware of the status of the required services.

Here are the step-wise instructions on how to do it easily online.

Online Instructions

• Go to the web page: https://portal.moi.gov.qa/wps/portal/MOIInternet/services/inquiries/metrash?action=metrashSecUserInput&lang=en
• Next, click on "Metrash Secondary Subscription".

• Fill in the valid QID and mobile number.

• Fill in the valid QID and mobile number of the person to be a service co-receiver.

• Next, click on "Send".

Some Additional Information

• If the person is not yet registered as Metrash subscriber, he/she will be automatically registered when entering his/her data as co-receiver.
• A person can stand as a co-receiver for many primary service owners.
• You will receive a One Time Password to activate the new service co-receiver, after submitting the information.
