There are a number of diving spots (shore dive and offshore) in Qatar that enthusiasts can explore - from man-made reefs to boat wrecks, and sunken oil rigs. These are accessible from Doha, Al Khor, Mesaieed, and Khor Al Udeid (Inland Sea). Some of the popular dive sites include the M/O Wreck, New Club Reef, GMC, Tech El Dan wreck, The Barge, Pericles wreck, and Othman Reef.
As for marine life, divers can see nudibranchs, dugongs, turtles, rays, whale sharks, flabellinas, and much more.
With multiple branches in Qatar, Alghais Diving provides high-quality dive training (beginner, professional, specialty training, technical diving, sidemount diving, and freediving) and diving equipment maintenance.
You can also find brands such as SCUBAPRO and XDEEP in their showrooms.
Doha Divers is a hub for aquatic experiences, from diving courses and tours to snorkelling, and even a mermaid discovery activity!
They also offer diving equipment and accessories for sale online and at their physical stores.
Founded by a diving couple with over 20 years of experience, Nomadik Hub is a PADI 5 Star Dive Center in Qatar that caters to beginners, experienced divers, instructors, and environmentalists.
Aside from their diving courses, you can also book a Try Dive, Boat Dive, or Shore Dive.
Pearl Divers, a PADI 5 Star Facility Dive Education Center in Qatar, was founded in 1989 by Mr. Samir Al Awam, a Guinness World Records holder for the longest distance underwater swim using Scuba. They offer different courses in scuba diving as per PADI certification to locals, expatriates, and visitors.
They also have a full range of diving equipment all under one roof.
Poseidon Dive Center has been offering diving courses since 2011 and is registered in both the Ministry of Culture and Sports and the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. They also have local guided fun dives and female dive instructors.
Offering a wide range of courses to recreational and professional divers and kids, Qatar Scuba Center is a PADI 5-Star Instructor Development Center that offers courses in Arabic and English.
They also offer a variety of scuba diving equipment and accessories.
Scuba Life Qatar offers courses for beginners and experienced divers. They also have open water courses, specialities, and fun diving experiences for certified divers to explore Qatar's marine life.
Their beginner courses are suitable for kids over 10 years old as well!
