Thai-Boxing Classes are coming to Ain Khalid Gate Compound this week!
Bounce Fitness team is running free trials for Thai-Boxing this week for all interested participants
Thai Boxing is often referred to as the art of 8 limbs, because of the ability to use many parts of the body as weapons. Punches, kicks, knees, and elbows are all used to a fighter's advantage. Thai Boxing is considered to be one of the most physically demanding sports, so participants should expect to leave class extremely well-conditioned.
In our program, our instructors cover the fundamentals as well as advanced fighting techniques, depending on the participant skill level. Along with the traditional skills and techniques, conditioning will be a major part of class.
Free Trials are happening this week at the following times:
Mon/Thu
🥊 3-4 pm (4-8 yrs old)
🥊 4-5 pm (9-13 yrs old)
🥊 5-6 pm (14+)
