Starting on Saturday the 23rd and for the next 5 weeks we will be running the Saturday open mornings. We will meet at 10am, your coaches will prepare a short brief regarding the workout, the movements, the standards and the best strategy to do it. We will also prepare a joint warm up in order to start the Open Workout at 10:30, we will run the workout in heats and those of you that are not performing may be requested to judge. These sessions will be 1 to 2 hours long (depending on what the workout is and how many of you show up) and will be open to everyone so feel free to bring family and/or friends either to support you or even to take part. After all the sweating and grunting we will go for a nice social moment, having some food and some activities in the afternoon so please save 10am to 3pm on the following dates: Saturday the 23rd of February Saturday the 2nd of March Saturday the 9th of March Saturday the 16th of March Saturday the 23rd of March Come and join us for a fun saturday morning.
