QOC and beFitness will be hosting the largest spinning class in Qatar with 100 spinning bikes. Fitness instructor/ Master trainer Carla Pregigueiro together with 3 invited spinning instructors will lead the sessions, with participation of 200 men and women.

The 100 bikes will be spaced out in accordance with Covid-19 protocol, maintaining a safe social distance of 2 meters between each bike. A live DJ will be playing the latest songs to keep you motivated & push you to your limits throughout the class!

There will be 2 sessions of 45 minutes with 15 minutes rest in between each class (Either for resting or bike change for new guests). Book your bike now & get ready to pedal in this unique outdoor spinning workout!

Spinning Class Selection:

• Class 1 - (8:00am - 8:45am)
• Class 2 - (9:00am - 9:45 am)
• Class 1 & Class 2 - (8:00am - 9:45am)

Note:
- Ticket: QR 100 per class.
- Fitness and Health Jersey: QR 250 (Pre Order Only - Delivery date TBC). Collection of the Jersey once it arrives in Qatar will be at Carbon Wheels Qanat Quartier The Pearl.
