Offshore Powerboat Grand Prix (OPGP) is taking place in Doha Bay , Corniche to Pearl from February 4 to 7.

The Cup, set to be the biggest offshore powerboating championship in the world, will comprise of 50 boats spread over six racing categories, ranging from the big 45 foot long Super Vee boats all the way down to the pro class category, in addition to 30 jetskis.

Boats are being shipped to Doha from the USA, UAE, New Zealand, Kuwait and Turkey.

Entry for the public to the event is free.

VIP tickets can be purchased at QMSF’s stand located at the Landmark mall.
