We are organizing a Muay Thai Workshop on the occasion of National Muay Thai Day on Saturday , March 17th from 12:00 PM to 17:00 PM. The details of the workshop are as follows:-

12:00 - 13:00 - Intro and foundation Workshop - This workshop will teach you all the basics of Muay Thai and focusses on your need to start and reprogram anything that you may have missed out about covering the basics and fundamentals.

13:00 - 14:00 - Benefits of MT - Training and Pad holding - There are so many benefits that you may not know!! Join us and understand what they all are and how to hold hands, so it is safe and effective for you & your partner when you train.

14:00 - 15:00 - Technical Drills workshop - This workshop focusses on putting drills together for them to work smoothly.

15:15 - 16:15 - Sparring & clinching Workshop - Let the fun begin!!! We will make sure you will get all sweaty and tired with non stop sparring and clinching.

16.15 - 17.00 - Kids Workshop - Muaythai Thai is for all ages, let your little ones learn the great skills, Muaythai has to offer while keeping fit, all basics will be covered in this workshop using fun and interesting techniques.

Age group :- 5-8 years

Price :- * 70 QAR for each workshop - Kids workshop free

* 100 QAR for 2 Workshops - Kids workshop free
