10:00 Run around the island. HIIT class on the beach
11:30 Cold therapy challenge
12:00 Team building activities in the pool
13:00 Lunch buffet at Azraq Restaurant
14:00 Beach access and free time (massage bookings)
17:00 Sunset Yoga, Meditation and Sound Healing with Daniel
19:00 Return boat to Doha

Our program finishes at 7 pm. If needed, you can return to Doha anytime before or after. There are boat transfers every hour until 12 pm.
