Ibin Ajyan Projects (IAP) — Asian Town is organising an India-Pakistan friendly cricket match with How Automobile Center.

It will be held at Asian Town Cricket Stadium next to Grand Mall on August 14 and 15, from 5.30pm. As part of the 69th Independence Day celebrations of India and Pakistan this year, IAP will conduct the 20-over tournament with the participation of Indian Royal Club and Pakistan Royal Club.

“Our aim is to promote the sport in the community as one of our first steps to achieve our goals. I believe that cricket has a wonderful future in Qatar, along with soccer,” said Mohammed Mahdi Ajayan Al Ahbabi, Chairman, Ibin Ajayan Group of Companies and IAP-Asian Town.

“I request all to support us to fulfil this aim by playing and cheering up their favourite teams. This will be a great beginning for cricket,” he added.

It is expected to be an annual event of IAP and How Automobile Center. It is coordinated by Qbiz Events.
