The Ooredoo Cup tournament has a group-cum-knockout format and the teams are drawn into two groups.
Teams are allowed to use first-team, Under-23 and youth-team players, so they can give them more experience and develop their skills.
The Qatar Stars League has decided to keep allowing fans at the stadiums, at the 2019-20 season's remaining Ooredoo Cup matches, as per the precautionary measures followed previously to ensure the safety and security of everyone.
The Ooredoo Cup semifinals will be played at the Al Sadd Stadium on Saturday, 29 August.
They are Al Rayyan vs Al Arabi at and Al Ahli vs Al Sadd.
