See the worlds best divers competing in Doha on 21-22 March
The FINA Diving World Series is a new, high-profile, annual competition series that gives the world’s best divers an exciting and rewarding opportunity to compete against each other.
Qatar Swimming Association will have the honor to organise the first competition of the FINA Diving World Series 2009 tournament in Doha
The venue for the FINA Diving World Series 2009 is the Hamad Aquatic Center, home of the aquatics competition during the 15th Asian Games. The Hamad Aquatic Center is located in the Sport City complex, a residential and commercial area approximately 4km from the city centre.
It has a media center and press conference room, FINA dedicated offices, spectator area of entertainment and refreshments, broadcast studios, VIP lounges, doping control and medical facilities and extensive athlete areas. Other facilities within the venue include a spectator plaza and an extensive car park.
