These events have something to challenge all, from oldest to youngest and regardless of experience or fitness. Even non-triathletes can get in on the action by competing as a relay team.

This event also features the Qatar Schools Championship and Corporate Challenge. Include your school or company in your profile and the best three scores across all categories (relays excluded) wins. Adult Individual Distances

• Sprint | 500m swim, 20km bike, 5km run
• Super Sprint | 200m swim, 10k bike, 2.5km run
• Beginners | 200m swim, 5km bike, 1.25km run

Kids and Junior Individual Distances

• Mini-Kids (3-6) | 100m run, 100m bike, 100m run (*not timed)
• Kids 1 (7-9) | 100m swim, 3k bike, 1.25km run
• Kids 2 (10-11) | 200m swim, 5km bike, 1.25km run
• Kids 3 (12-13) | 200m swim, 10km bike, 2.5km run
• Junior (14-15) | 200m swim, 10km bike, 2.5km run

Team Relay Distances

(2-3 members per team, each complete one leg each) - PLEASE NOTE only one entry needed per team.

• Primary Kids Relay | 100m swim, 3k bike, 1.25km run (Kids 1 wave)
