Held in celebration of Qatar National Sport Day, the Dolphin Energy Doha Dash gives runners the unique opportunity to run on a Motor GP track at Losail International Circuit.

The event is accessible for everyone with 5km and 3km races from ages eight and above, a 1km race for children and a ladies’ 1km walk.

The Dolphin Energy Doha Dash is a fantastic family event and a fun, active day out for all to enjoy. The Race Village, situated in the pit lanes, provides a wide range of activities suitable for of all ages.

Races

All of the races in the Dolphin Energy Doha Dash take place on the track at Losail International Circuit and start and finish in the home straight, with warm-ups for each race taking place in the pit lane.

All races are chip timed and participants will be able to view their finishing time following the race. The Dolphin Energy Doha Dash is an inclusive event which caters for everybody – it is a fun run and entrants of all abilities are welcome to participate.

All competitors must sign the official indemnity waiver when collecting registration packs on the morning of the event. Please click here (or in Arabic here) to view the official indemnity waiver.

Any competitor not present on the start line when the starter’s flag is waved will not be able to participate.

All competitors MUST wear the race number provided.

All competitors MUST remain on the marked route unless advised to deviate by the safety stewards.

All competitors are requested to arrive and register at least 1 hour prior to the advertised start time of their race.

Location

The Dolphin Energy Doha Dash takes place at Losail International Circuit only 15 minutes’ to the North of Doha, on the Al Khawr Road.

Getting there

Take the Al Shamal (North) Road, heading north from Doha City Centre until you reach the exit right for Losail International Circuit.

Losail International Circuit is clearly sign posted from Al Shamal (North) Road, using large brown signs.

Continue onto Al Khawr Costal Road, following the signs to Losail International Circuit.

For parking for the Dolphin Energy Doha Dash within Losail International Circuit follow the signs for ‘Paddock Area’.
