IAID will open its doors to all students, families and the general public on 21st October 2011, Friday at 5:00-8:00pm at IAID Mansoura.

Everyone is invited to come and explore all possibilities that the Academy has to offer. The Open House will highlight the best art works of the IAID artists in a special exhibit entitled “Artworx,” along with fun activities for each course, free course demos and music jamming.

Special prizes, promotions and packages await all Open House participants. Families and guests can have a taste of each course through demonstrations and presentations along with a chance to sign up for upcoming international events.

Innovative and varied activities will fill the IAID Open House. Dance lovers can look forward to learn the latest dance routines from Zumba, Ballroom and Indian Classical Dance courses. Music lovers will rediscover the best classical musicians in history while learning the basics of Keyboard, Piano, Acoustic Guitar and Classical Guitar along with fun class activities and music jamming. Fitness fanatics are set to experience the wonderful health benefits of Yoga, Aerobics and Martial Arts. Visual arts enthusiasts will explore wonderful paintings and works of art by the IAID artists through the “Artworx” Exhibit.

“IAID is a great place for those interested to learn and enhance their talents in the field of dance, music, arts and fitness. The Open House will not just give grounds to parents and guardians to interact with their respective instructors but also to explore other avenues in the field of performing arts and fitness which are available at the Academy. We are excited to open our doors to our students, their families and friends, as well as potential new students and the community,” shares IAID Director Rajesh Jadhav.

IAID is a novel institute that provides quality training for Dance, Music, Arts and Fitness. A first of its kind in Qatar since 2001, the Academy continue to provide opportunities for people of all ages to discover and develop their talents in these various forms of expression.

IAID is the first Public Centre in the Middle East for the London College of Music (UK) and the only institute affiliated to the Nalanda Dance Research Centre (Mumbai, India) for the Indian Classical Dance. A 100% passing scores in several international examinations demonstrate a focus on training excellence. This year, IAID celebrates 10 years of success in giving quality training for Dance, Music, Arts and Fitness to the Doha community.

Following the Open House is the “Artworx” Exhibit with a free Arts Workshop for participants starting 7 years onwards on 22nd October, Saturday with two time slots 5:00-6:30pm and 6:40-8:00pm. Limited slots are available and interested parties can register on or before 20th October, Thursday. The exhibition will continue until the 23 October from 9:00am-9:00pm.
