H.E. Mr. Panyarak Poolthup, Thai Ambassador to Qatar was at the Loy Krathong Festival.
It was really nice to experience a different culture in Qatar by seeing traditional Thai dancing, music performance, fashion show, of course with real Thai food ( different Thai food is served each day)
By the way, Thailand is still has issues because of the floods so although it's not mandatory, they will be taking donations too.
