Andy Norman



Hed Kandi DJ



Biography:Now seen as the elder statesman of Hed Kandi DJ Andy Norman was part of the founding line-up of the worlds leading party brand. He started working with label founder Mark Doyle back in 1989; around the time when they held small local club events for a number of years. It was during this period that Hed Kandi was born.



Andy worked on the London club circuit for some years, working with amongst others The Crazy Club & Black And White Productions along side the likes of Alex P, Smokin Joe & Fat Tony. Well respected for playing numerous dance music styles over the years he has played for a number of UK recording artists too like The Pet Shop Boys & Jamiroquai to name but two.



Currently part of Team Kandi and a main resident for six years now, Andy continues to grace some of the world’s greatest nightclubs across all of the continents. He’s still a part of the Kandi radio team too presenting a regular weekly show. He based his DJ style as something of a party crowd pleaser, “If you play to the ladies, you are all guaranteed to have one really great party!”

PAV ON PERCUSSION



Pav's introduction to clubland came in the form of an odd couple from Ibiza who go by the name of Mike and Claire from Manumission. Plucked from obscurity and dropped into the biggest party in the world, Pav did the rounds of Ibiza as the resident percussionist for Manumission and MTV International.



Off the back of these two high-profile gigs Pav was picked up by Radio 1 and flown all over the world including the Miami music conference playing with Danny Rampling.



He is now the requested and the only percussionist that top DJs like Armin Van Buurin, Erick Morrillo, Roger Sanchez, Richard F and Howard Donald to name only a few will perform alongside. From these humble and inauspicious beginnings Pav was catapulted into a world he had only dreamt of; performing to thousands of people all mesmerized by his talent.



He is a musical genius that no-one can follow or come close to equalling...



He makes bad DJs sound good and good DJs sound incredible.

Tara McDonald



You may not know the name but you will most definitely be familiar with the voice. Tara McDonald is the vocal talent behind the massive club and chart smash hit “My My My” from Armand Van Helden and the huge anthem, “Feel The Vibe” from Swedish maestro Axwell.



Tara initally co. wrote D-Sides "Stronger Together which went top 5 in Ireland and subsequently became the title track of their platinum selling album.



She has followed this up with work alongside Eddie Thoenick, David Guetta, Michael Gray, Sergio Flores, Warren Clarke, Ashley Beedle, Mark Knight, Mark Wilkenson, Todd Terry, Kenny Dope, Stonebridge and Dada.



Tara has subsequently worked and performed with a wide range of musical talent across a broad spectrum of genres from Gary Brooker, Eric Clapton and Bryan Ferry to Jocelyn Brown, Jungle Brothers and the Bench Connection. More recently she has made high profile appearances such alongside Bassement Jaxx & Faithless.



Tara has had a string of high profile releases in 2008, spearheaded by the new single with David Guetta "Delirious" which she co. wrote and is already top 20 around Europe from the platinum selling Pop life album and “Get Down” by the Todd Terry Allstars with Kenny Dope, Terry Hunter and DJ Sneak which is out now!
