Many women working in Qatar are in a male-dominated environment: what does ‘playing with the boys’ mean and what should you be aware of? This workshop builds on Lauren Fryer’s first-hand experience of this situation, her personal pitfalls and triumphs, and looks at practical solutions and ideas for handling obstacles at work. How can you use your intuition and prepare, not be afraid to fail, build your support army and define new actions and rules to tackle challenges? Through an interactive format it explores how to achieve satisfaction, realize your ambition and build your career when you are in a competitive environment.
