Laugh your way to health and happiness and come and join us for the first laughter yoga session of 2017. Re-connect with your inner child, through taking part in playful laughter exercises as well as stretching, deep breathing exercises and laughter meditation.

Laughter yoga has many benefits including Increasing your heart rate, increasing happy hormones and lowering stress levels. Come and try it and see how good you feel after.
