English Chamber Orchestra Concert
The English Chamber Orchestra will be performing in Doha for the very first time on November 23. It is one of the world’s leading chamber orchestras, having performed in more countries than any other orchestra and recorded over 1,200 works.
The event is sponsored by Shell, which is bringing the orchestra to Qatar to mark the opening of Pearl GTL, the world's largest gas-to-liquids plant.
The concert will feature musical pieces by Mozart, Cimorosa, Schubert and Heath.
The concert begins at 7:30 pm at the Katara Opera House, which is located inside the Cultural Village.
