Connection is powerful! Meet two top female executives and hear their insights on the topic!

Seeing what we have in common and how that can lead to connection, understanding the benefits of collaboration and complementing each other, connecting and re-connecting our unique skills in new ways to rise to new challenges, building great networks that are about give and take - all these are forms of connection and valuable talents and skills to have.

Experience Janina Kugel and Sharoq Al-Malki, two remarkable successful women, who have both broken through the glass ceiling, one in Germany and one here in Qatar. Let's connect the dots East to West and see what paralells there are, how their journeys have been similar and how they have been different.
