Contest process

First Round - You will have to send us your article (word document) to our email > [email protected]

Second Round - We will choose the best 15 from the submitted articles who will be qualified to the final round. Then, we will post them live in our blog > http://www.katara.net/blog/.

Final Round- Participants will have 14 days to promote their articles when they go live. The three articles with most comments, Facebook likes and twitter tweets, will win the contest.

Points system:
10 points for each unique comment. 5 points for each Facebook like.
3 points for each Twitter tweet.
Announcement - We will announce about the three winning articles on the 10th of April.

Contest Guidelines
1- The article must be written by the participant.
2-The minimum numbers of characters are 200. (Exception: the articles
with too many pictures can be less.)
3- Katara will have all the right to use the content and republish any of the articles submitted to the contest.
4- Katara will have the right to disqualify any of the article/ participants.
5- The article must be written in appropriate language.
6- The article must be written in Arabic or English only.
7- All the taken videos and pictures must be decent.
